Abolish the Australian Building and Construction Commission (ABCC) and Registered Organisations Commission (ROC) and reinstate the Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal (PER684)
This proposal has three components.
- Component 1: Abolish the Australian Building and Construction Commission, returning the funds to the Commonwealth Government budget.
- Component 2: Abolish the Registered Organisations Commission, returning the funds to the Commonwealth Government budget.
- Component 3: Reinstate the Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal.
The proposal would have effect from 1 July 2019.

National Rail Manufacturing Plan (ECR179)
The proposal would provide funding for the National Rail Manufacturing Plan. The plan has 3 components.
- Component 1: Establish an Office of National Rail Industry Coordination within the Department of Industry.
- Component 2: Establish a Rail Industry Innovation Council.
- Component 3: Appoint a Rail Supplier Advocate, based on the previous Rail Supplier Advocate.
The proposal would start from 1 July 2022.
